Olshan Buys $93 Million Office Property for Invesco and Kaufman

The New York Post reported today on the purchase of the 258,000 sq. ft. office property at 100 Fifth Avenue. The buyer is a joint venture of Invesco and the Kaufman Organization. Olshan is serving as co-counsel for the buyer. Thomas D. Kearns leads Olshan’s team.  Eric L. Goldberg, and Hyman Kindler also represent the buyer.
