Westlaw News & Insight reported on Jennifer Convertibles, Inc.’s confirmation of their reorganization plan after a federal bankruptcy judge found that Jennifer’s creditors would obtain under the plan what they would have received in liquidation. Jennifer and a group of related companies commenced voluntary Chapter 11 cases last July. Michael S. Fox, Jordanna L. Nadritch and Jayme M. Halli represent the debtors in this matter.
