Olshan client GenCorp Inc., a leading manufacturer of aerospace and defense products, has entered into an amended $200 million credit facility. Steve Wolosky, Jason S. Saltsberg and Patrick J. Curtis, with assistance on real estate matters from Thomas D. Kearns and Hyman Kindler, represented GenCorp in its successful refinancing.
