Olshan Negotiates Favorable Settlement for Sasco Partners at Canadian Mining Company

Olshan successfully negotiated a settlement for its client Sasco Partners with Samex Mining, a Canadian mining company. Under the agreement, Samex has appointed Sasan Sadeghpour of Sasco Partners as Chairman of the Board.  Sasco Partners is Samex’s largest shareholder with a 23.6% stake. Steve Wolosky and Andrew M. Freedman represented Sasco Partners in connection with its investment and the settlement negotiation.
