Olshan has received a First Tier ranking in New York for Securities and Capital Markets by U.S. News-Best Lawyers®“Best Law Firms” in 2014 along with some of the largest firms in the country.  The Securities and Capital Markets category encompasses Olshan's Corporate/Securities Law and Activist practice groups.  Additionally, Olshan’s Real Estate Law practice has once again been ranked as a Tier 2 firm in New York.  Both of these practice areas were also selected as Tier 3 practices in the "Best Law Firms" National rankings.  The U.S. News – Best Lawyers®“Best Law Firms” rankings are based on a "rigorous evaluation process that includes the collection of client" and peer reviews from leading attorneys in their field.
