Olshan Represents Bauer Hockey in its First-Ever Retail Operation

Bauer Hockey, the world's leading manufacturer of ice hockey equipment and a subsidiary of Performance Sports Group Ltd. (NYSE: PSG) (TSX: PSG),  announced that it will open its first-ever Bauer Hockey "Own The Moment" retail experiences beginning this summer. The 20,000 plus square foot stores are all expected to include an indoor ice rink for customized fittings, that will allow customers the opportunity to try-before-you-buy. Bauer Hockey will open its first store in the Boston suburb of Burlington, Massachusetts in late summer and its second location in the Minneapolis area in the fall. Plans include  opening  an additional six to eight Bauer stores over the next several years in key hockey markets across the U.S. and Canada. Olshan represents Bauer in connection with its retail leasing endeavors, including the “Own The Moment” stores.
