Olshan Ranked at Top of List as Legal Counsel for Activist Investors

The Activist Investor, a newsletter that serves as a comprehensive resource for activist investors, recently published the Guide to Activist Investing Attorneys that outlines guidelines as to when to retain legal counsel for activist investments.  The guide notes three law firms that represent investors exclusively, listing Olshan at the top of the list of law firms.  The piece goes on to mention Olshan’s most notable activist client, Starboard Value, and how Steve Wolosky led the Olshan team to Starboards’ recent milestone victory in replacing the entire board of directors at Darden.
