Olshan’s office lease for Atari’s headquarters at 475 Park Avenue South received mention in the New York Post. Olshan also represented Atari in the give-back of its space at 417 Fifth Avenue. According to The Real Deal, the transaction helped Atari evolve from publishing and interactive entertainment to the mobile gaming market.
