Post Covers Recent Office Building Sub-Lease Under Ground Lease with Olshan Client

The New York Post reported that California-based computer security company, Palantir Technologies, has leased the former garage building at 430 West 15th Street in the Meatpacking District, for its offices. Olshan attorneys Samuel Ross and Dov Brandstatter represented BRK Garage Co. LLC in connection with Atlas Capital Group's and Rockpoint Group's ground lease of the 99,558-square-foot, eight-story former garage building. and in connection with the non-disturbance agreement with Palantir.
