Post Reports on Steel Partners Restructuring Victory

The New York Post reported on Olshan\'s victory for client Steel Partners in the Delaware Court of Chancery. Carl Icahn, one of the fund\'s investors, asked for an injunction against Steel to halt Steel\'s plans to restructure its fund into a publicly traded company. The Court denied the motion. The litigation team was led by Thomas J. Fleming. The lawyers on the corporate side include Jason S. Saltsberg, Patrick J. Curtis and Ryan S. Replogle. Steve Wolosky is the lead Olshan partner representing Steel in the restructuring.
