Activist Client Potomac Capital Partners Receives 2 Board Seats at Meru Networks

In one of the first settlements of 2014, on January 13, 2014, Olshan activist client Potomac Capital Partners received two seats on the board of directors of Meru Networks and the company’s agreement to re-nominate Potomac’s nominees at the 2014 annual meeting of stockholders, pursuant to the terms of a successfully negotiated nomination and standstill agreement.
