Privet Fund Reaches Agreement with Great Lakes Dredge & Dock for Board Representation

Olshan client Privet Fund Management announced that it has reached an agreement with Great Lakes Dredge & Dock Corporation, pursuant to which Ryan Levenson, Principal of Privet Fund Management, has been appointed to the Board of Directors.  Mr. Levenson will join the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and Great Lakes has also agreed to use its reasonable best efforts to appoint a new independent director within the next six months.  Steve Wolosky and Ryan P. Nebel represent Privet Fund in connection with its investment in Great Lakes Dredge & Dock Corporation.
