Numerous Media Reports Made on Historic Sale of Olshan Client Kaufman Astoria Studios
Bloomberg, Law360, The Commercial Observer and other media outlets reported on the sale of Olshan client, Kaufman Astoria Studios to the joint venture of Hackman Capital Partners and Square Mile Capital Management. The sale of the historic, century old studios took place after a year of negotiations and closed on November 8th. Kaufman Astoria Studios is the premier location for filming and studio space in the New York City area. Located in Queens, the studios encompass more than 900,000+ square feet and has been the site of productions for many television series and films throughout the years. The studios joins Hackman and Square Mile’s film venture that includes production facilities that are located across the United States with future plans for expansion in the United Kingdom.
