The Real Deal reported that film producer and director Jack Heller purchased a condominium unit at 70 Vestry, located on the Tribeca portion of Hudson River Park, for $19 million. The unit spans approximately 4,100 square feet and has a private terrace with views of the Hudson River. Samuel Ross represented Heller in this matter.
