Richmond Brothers Obtains Additional Board Representation and Improves Governance at Rockwell Medical

Olshan client Richmond Brothers reached an agreement with Rockwell Medical, Inc. pursuant to which two independent directors, Lisa Colleran and Benjamin Wolin, were appointed to Rockwell Medical’s Board, effective immediately. Rockwell Medical also agreed to submit a proposal to declassify its Board at the upcoming 2018 annual meeting. Previously, Richmond Brothers led a successful proxy campaign at Rockwell Medical where its director nominee was overwhelmingly elected to Rockwell Medical’s Board at the 2017 annual meeting. Steve Wolosky and Ryan Nebel represent Richmond Brothers in connection with its investment in Rockwell Medical.
