Roket Represents Landlord in Negotiation of Lease for H&M Queens Location

The Real Deal reported that H&M, a Swedish multinational clothing-retail company known for its fast-fashion, has leased 35,000 square feet on Jamaica Avenue in Queens. H&M is expected to open in the spring of 2018. Olshan Real Estate partner Nina Roket represented the landlord United American Land in the negotiation of the lease.
