Stephen Ferszt Presents at CLE Program on The 2020 SECURE Act

Employee Benefits and Tax & Personal Planning partner Stephen Ferszt will present at a CLE program entitled “The 2020 SECURE Act – What All Lawyers Need to Know to Keep their Clients Secure.” Held on January 24 at the New Jersey Law Center, the program will cover The Setting Every Community Up for Retirement Enhancement Act of 2019 (the SECURE Act), which took effect January 1, 2020, and will have wide-spread impact on retirement accounts and retirement planning as part of the estate planning processing. Topics to be discussed include an overview of the Act, significant changes to “safe-harbor” retirement plans, as well as a panel discussion of frequently asked planning and administration issues that have arisen since the Act’s enactment.
