Snow Park Reaches Agreement with Cedar Realty Trust

Reuters, StreetInsider and other media sources reported on the agreement reached between Olshan client Snow Park Capital Partners and Cedar Realty Trust, Inc. Pursuant to the agreement, Cedar agreed to engage a nationally recognized director search firm to identify a new independent director to be added to its board of directors. Cedar also agreed to seek stockholder approval at its upcoming annual meeting to amend its charter to provide stockholders with the ability to amend the company’s bylaws. Steve Wolosky and Ryan Nebel represent Snow Park in connection with its investment in Cedar Realty Trust.
