Kearns Leads CLE Panel on Real Estate Joint Ventures

Olshan Real Estate partner Thomas Kearns participated at a full day CLE seminar on Real Estate Joint Ventures sponsored by Strafford Publications, Inc. at The New York Society of Security Analysts in New York on March 1st.  The seminar examined all aspects of real estate joint ventures, including capital contributions, waterfall structures, preferred equity and tax treatment. Tom led the panel “Real Estate Joint Ventures: Waterfall Structures, Developer Promote, IRR Lookback, Clawback and Catchup.”
