Times and Journal Report on Udell Victory for Judge

It was reported in the New York Times and the New York Law Journal (subscription required) that our litigation team won a favorable ruling before the Commission on Judicial Conduct in reducing the penalty for Judge Michael Ambrecht from that recommended by the Commission's Administrator. Jeffrey A. Udell represented the Judge in this case.
