Law360 Notes Two Olshan Real Estate Transactions in Top 10 Largest Deals

Law360 recently released the top largest real estate deals through February 2017 and Olshan was noted as #6 and #8 on the list.  Olshan Real Estate partner Eric Goldberg led the Olshan team on both notable real estate transactions.  At deal number six, Tristar Capital was highlighted for its $291 million acquisition of a hi-tech office complex in Sunnyvale, CA.  The joint venture of Tristar Capital and RFR Holding grabbed the eighth spot for the $270 million acquisition of an Amazon.com Inc. mixed used building in Seattle, WA.  News items detailing the deals can be found here and here.
