Olshan client VIEX Capital Advisors entered into a cooperation agreement with SeaChange International whereby the company agreed to appoint an independent director recommended by VIEX to the board of directors. The Olshan team that advised VIEX included Steve Wolosky, Andrew Freedman and Ron S. Berenblat.
