Olshan Client Voss Capital Reaches Agreement with Thunderbird Entertainment Group Inc. for Board Representation

Television Business International, T-Net and KidScreen have reported that Olshan client Voss Capital, LLC has reached an agreement with Thunderbird Entertainment Group Inc. pursuant to which two new directors nominated by Voss will immediately join the board of directors of Thunderbird. The agreement also provides for the appointment of a third director, to be identified by the Company from candidates put forward by Voss, to be appointed as a director following the conclusion of the Company’s upcoming annual meeting. The Company also agreed to form a three-member advisory committee to assess the Company's capital allocation strategy and evaluate strategic opportunities following the annual meeting and that one of the new directors will serve on such committee. Andrew Freedman, Rebecca Van Derlaske and Matthew Traylor represented Voss in connection with its agreement with Thunderbird.
