WSJ Reports on Olshan Client Leading the Way in High-End U.S. Hostels

The Wall Street Journal reported on the recent trend of high-end boutique hostels opening in America and highlighted Olshan client Sydell Group, a hotel developer and co-owner of Freehand, one of the first U.S. based high-end hostels. Freehand is opening a Chicago hostel which is the second U.S. property, following one in Miami Beach that has 278 beds and opened in 2012. Alexander Ferrini represented and assisted Sydell in its construction and design agreements for all of the Freehand projects nationwide.
