The Wall Street Journal ran an extensive article on Olshan’s client, Empire Resorts Inc., and its continuous efforts to develop an Indian casino at the Monticello Raceway in upstate New York.

Robert H. Friedman and Jason S. Saltsberg lead Olshan’s team on the project including the recent equity and debt infusion. Also contributing are Thomas J. Fleming, Thomas D. Kearns, Hyman Kindler, Michael S. Fox, and Adam H. Friedman.
