Wolosky Helps Steel Partners Win Aderans Board Seat

The Financial Times ran an article regarding our client, Steel Partners Japan, and its win of a board seat on Aderans' board. Steel Partners Japan is Aderans' largest shareholder and led the movement previously to defeat the incumbent board's re-election in May 2008. This board seat win is the first time that a foreign investment fund has succeeded in both ousting the management of a Japanese company and having one of its own representatives join the board.
