Wolosky Leads Team for Landry’s Deal to Acquire McCormick & Schmick’s

The Wall Street Journal, Reuters, CNBC and other major media reported that Landry’s has agreed to acquire McCormick & Schmick’s Seafood Restaurants for $132 million. The agreement follows months of efforts on behalf of Landry’s by Olshan lawyers led by Steve Wolosky.
