Wolosky and Markovits Represent Youbet.com in Merger

The Daily Deal (subscription required) reported on Churchill Downs Incorporated and Youbet.com, Inc. merger agreement under which Churchill Downs would acquire all of the outstanding shares of Youbet.com for a mix of cash and stock in a transaction valued at approximately $125 million. Olshan is acting as co-counsel to Youbet.com in the transaction, which is subject to stockholder and regulatory approvals as well as other customary closing conditions.
