(EST). In this CLE webinar, Andy and Morgan will provide insights into the complexities of structuring and facilitating giveaways, sweepstakes, and contests. Andy and Morgan will discuss the legal frameworks that govern these promotions, including lottery laws, gambling laws, and privacy regulations.
