Olshan acted as counsel to AC Sunshine Securities LLC, as lead managing underwriter, in Springview Holdings Ltd’s $6.0 million initial public offering of Class A ordinary shares. The company intends to use the proceeds from this offering for business development and marketing activities, hiring and training skilled workforce, and other general corporate purposes. Springview Holdings designs and constructs residential and commercial buildings in Singapore. Springview Holdings’ shares now trade on The Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol SPHL.
