Client Fisher Brothers to Build Mixed-Use Tower on East 46th Street
The Real Deal reported that the United Arab Emirates is planning to build a 27-story mixed-use tower at 315 East 46th Street, between First and Second Avenues. The UAE embassy bought the land in 2009 for $44.7 million. Olshan client Fisher Brothers is the development coordinator for the Middle Eastern government. The UAE is developing a 90,000-square-foot building, consisting of nine apartments totaling 15,043 square feet and a 75,170 square-foot community facility. Olshan partner Alexander Ferrini is representing Fisher Brothers and the UAE in connection with the design and construction agreements for the project.
