Lori Marks-Esterman Presents Guest Lecture on Shareholder Activist Litigation at The University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School
Olshan Chair of Litigation Lori Marks-Esterman will present a guest lecture at The University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School on February 13, 2024. The lecture will explore the tools used by boards to defend against shareholder activism, including activism-focused pills and shareholder agreements to deter activism or proxy fights, in addition to the increased use of advance notice bylaws, especially after the SEC’s changes to universal proxy card rules, and related litigation.
