Olshan Represents JEMB Realty in Financial District Lease to Miniso

The New York Post reported on the lease signed at Olshan client JEMB Realty’s 150 Broadway at Liberty Street by Chinese lifestyle and consumer goods chain Miniso. With this lease for 5,000 square-feet in Manhattan’s Financial District, Miniso adds to its more than 6,000 stores worldwide.
