Obama Overtime Rule Affects Advertising Agencies and Media Companies
Partners Andrew Lustigman and Aliza Herzberg penned an article in the Luxury Daily regarding the announcement of the Department of Labor’s final rule updating federal overtime regulations. The rule which took effect on December 1, 2015 doubles the minimum salary employees must make before they can be classified as exempt from receiving overtime pay for working more than 40 hours per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
