Nikoleta Holevas assists hedge funds and other investors in securities and shareholder activism matters, proxy contests, corporate governance, and related matters.

Clients also rely on Nikoleta to assist them in their activist activities. She assesses board practices and helps clients take steps to improve underperforming companies, exercise their rights as shareholders, and implement changes to improve corporate governance. She has assisted on numerous activist proxy campaigns, including campaigns at Kohl’s Corporation. Nikoleta also advises on and handles public company filings with the SEC, including those required under Sections 13 and 16.

With a degree in finance, Nikoleta brings a clear understanding of financial reports and performance.
