Rachel Gold assists clients with mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings and filings, and a wide array of other transactions at all stages of a company’s development.
Her work includes drafting corporate governance documents, preparing stock and asset purchases, assisting with financing transactions, and ensuring compliance with Securities and Exchange Commission, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, and other regulatory requirements.
With a collaborative approach and an enthusiasm for corporate law, Rachel is committed to delivering high-quality legal services that meet the firm’s clients’ needs and helps them achieve their business goals.
Before joining Olshan, Rachel was a legal intern for the U.S. House of Representatives Judiciary Committee – Subcommittee on the Courts, Intellectual Property, and the Internet. In that role, she gained a keen understanding of the many ways in which policy and law interact.
