Joining the ranks of Olshan in its earliest days, Robert Frome helped establish the culture, grow the firm, and earn its reputation.
Robert built a strong corporate and securities practice and is widely known and highly regarded for his experience and creativity in utilizing traditional and novel financing techniques. Clients benefit from his extensive experience in negotiating a wide variety of financing transactions, including PIPEs, SPACs, and reverse mergers.
Representing issuers, investors and investment banks in a broad range of capital-raising transactions, IPOs and private placements, Robert goes beyond traditional representation. He regularly leverages his longstanding relationships in the investment community to introduce clients to capital sources and make deals happen. And he co-authored an authoritative book on the topic, Raising Capital: Private Placement Forms & Techniques.
