Judith Renner conducts extensive legal research, drafts documents and memoranda on corporate and securities law matters, and assists with everything from corporate formation issues to mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, and corporate governance concerns.
During law school, Judith served as articles editor of the Brooklyn Law Review and worked for The Starr Foundation, one of the largest private foundations in the United States. As the foundation’s assistant corporate secretary, she collaborated with outside counsel concerning labor and compliance issues, ensured compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and performed human resources functions, among other roles. Judith also worked as a paralegal at a law firm and at an international insurance company. Judith possesses real-world corporate experience and business perspective, which enhance her ability to advise Olshan’s clients.
Before joining Olshan full-time, Judith was a summer associate at the firm in 2022.
