Olshan Partners Andrew Lustigman and Samuel Ross Ranked as Leading Lawyers in Chambers 2015 USA Guide

Olshan Frome Wolosky LLP today announced that two of its partners have been acknowledged by the prestigious client and peer-reviewed directory Chambers USA as “America’s Leading Lawyers for Business” in their respective fields, in the just released 2015 guide. Partner Andrew B. Lustigman has been ranked in Advertising: Transactional & Regulatory (Nationwide) and Samuel P. Ross has been ranked in Real Estate (New York), both of whom have been consistently ranked by Chambers for their outstanding work on behalf of clients.

Mr. Lustigman, a partner in Olshan’s Advertising, Marketing & Promotions practice who has been recognized by Chambers for eight consecutive years, was acclaimed for “expertise in matters including promotions, sweepstakes and direct marketing,” with sources commending “his knowledge and experience in the area.” Mr. Ross, a partner in Olshan’s Real Estate Law practice who has been ranked for four consecutive years, was lauded by clients as "totally accessible and realistic; a deal-maker," noting his representation of BRK Garage Co. in its ground lease of a garage building at 430 West 15th Street to Atlas Capital Group and Rockpoint Group for the development of an office building.
