Brian Roe represents both publicly traded and privately held companies on securities and general corporate matters, from securities offerings and reporting to financing transactions, and corporate governance, mergers, acquisitions and other corporate dispositions.
Practical and relatable, Brian assesses client issues with an eye toward solutions, finding ways to enable clients to achieve their business goals.
Before joining Olshan, Brian was an associate at Dechert, where he focused on the formation and regulation of registered investment companies, including mutual funds, exchange-traded funds, and closed-end funds. Before that, he worked at Deutsche Bank in regulatory compliance.
