Claudia B. Dubón

From mergers and acquisitions, asset and stock purchases, and private equity portfolio company transactions to securities offerings and corporate governance matters, publicly traded and privately held companies rely on Claudia Dubón to help them build their businesses, maximize the value of their brands, and ensure their compliance with securities laws requirements.
