Dedicated and hardworking, Zachary Freedman assists in securities and general corporate matters, with a focus on securities offerings and M&A transactions.
Zach handles a variety of corporate matters as a member of the Corporate/Securities Group. He assists companies in connection with initial public offerings, secondary offerings, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance matters. He also assists publicly traded and privately held companies with mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, and a variety of other commercial transactions.
When working on a matter, Zach leaves no stone unturned until he finds a solution to a problem. Clients and Olshan team members benefit from Zach’s attention to detail and his willingness to give what it takes to ensure he provides clients and the firm with top-level service.
Before and during law school, Zach worked as a paralegal at the Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office where he assisted a dozen attorneys on a daily basis with vehicular crime related cases. He learned how to handle many different matters at once on any given day and how to work collaboratively and effectively to achieve a common goal.
