Fendi Trademark Counterfeiting Suit Settled For $10 Million - Luxury Daily

Apparel and accessories designer Fendi settled a trademark counterfeiting suit against Burlington Coat Factory Warehouse for a payment of more than $10 million. The lawsuit was filed in New York's federal district court, one of several trademark counterfeiting suits brought by Fendi since 2006 . The designer brand charged Burlington Coat Factory with selling counterfeit versions of its branded products.
