On December 7, 2006, Andrew Lustigman will be co-presenting a workshop entitled "Using Consumer Surveys and Clinical Studies for Substantiation Purposes." The workshop is part of ACI's annual three-day Advertising Law Conference held in New York City. Topics to be covered in the Workshop include an in-depth analysis of the types of substantiation marketers need to develop as well as a planned mock survey.
