On June 26, 2007, Andy Lustigman will be co-presenting at the Electronic Retailing Association's East Coast Legal Series in New York regarding the legal aspects of marketing dietary supplement products.
The presentation seeks to guide participants through the regulatory maze surrounding dietary supplement products and provide insight as to the compliance process. Recent enforcement actions by the Federal Trade Commission, the Food and Drug and Administration, state attorneys general, as well as the NAD/ERSP self-regulatory process will be discussed.
