The Legal 500, a London-based directory of leading lawyers, listed Olshan for Media, Technology & Telecom work (Advertising, Marketing & Promotions) in Tier 3 in its 2016 edition. The publication affirmed that Olshan’s Advertising practice “advises across the whole spectrum of contentious, regulatory and transactional matters, with a specific focus on some of the more niche areas of advertising and marketing law, including direct marketing, sweepstakes and contest law, and false advertising litigation.” The guide also recommended practice group leader Andrew Lustigman as Leading Lawyer.
